After the financial crisis of 2008,the governments all over the world take active measures to restore their economies.Different countries have various trends and international trade has slow development.Since China accessing to the WTO,China's foreign trade has rapidly developed.According to the data,China's total trade volume was $509.65 billion on 2001 and $3.96 trillion on 2015.China's total trade in 2015 is 7.77 times of the total trade in 2001.Although China's foreign trade has been greatly improved, the growth rate from 2011 to 2014 was small. In 2015 it even had negative grow. For above reasons, countries around the world are looking for different ways to promote trade.Trade facilitation aims to improve the terms of trade by reducing trade costs and reducing trade risks. In 2015 China participated in WTO's Doha round in order to negotiate "trade facilitation agreement",which indicates trade facilitation in China gets more and more attention. Therefore, improving trade facilitation will be one of the strategies to promote global trade and the main way to improve China's trade.According to the domestic and foreign background, this paper mainly studies the influences of trade facilitation on China's trade from the following aspects.First of all,the background and significance of this topic will be reviewed and the analyses situation will be showed, which will let us have a systematic understanding about trade facilitation analyses. Then we wrote the theoretical basis and measurement of trade facilitation by Using Wilson calculates the indicators. And we choose countries and regions which are ranked top 36 of their trade with China as the sample, and calculated their indicators 2014 to 2015,so that to know Chinese trade facilitation and the level of trade facilitation of the sample countries. We find that there is a big gap of trade facilitation level between China and the developed countries. We selected the population, distance,GDP,tariffs, index of trade facilitation as independent variables, and China's exports to each country as dependent variable. The trade facilitation index is closely related to China's export. In the independent variables, the distance between the two countries have the greatest impact on the trade volume, followed by the gross domestic product and the trade facilitation index, and the tariff has the least impact. In the regression of the trade facilitation indices, the customs and trade environment, port and logistics efficiency of the country have a greater impact on the country's import trade, followed by institutional environment and less impact on the Internet and finance. Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,we put forward measures to strengthen trade facilitation.Improving our terms of trade not only benefit China but also other countries, which is a win-win mechanism,so strengthen trade facilitation cooperation of international and domestic should be China's focus in the future.
