Based On The Doubie-security Farmland Circulation Suppose Of The Impacts Of The Circulation Of Farmland On The Willingness Of Mirrant Workers' Citizenization

With the large-scale of rural surplus labor transfer to the city,the problem of migrant workers has become an important issue about China's economic and social development.Migrant workers migrate to urban,which is both an opportunity and a challenge to urban and rural economic development.On the one hand,migrant workers working inurban have increased the income of farmers,led the development of rural economy,even narrowed the gap between urban and rural economic.And with the increase in the income level of migrant workers,migrant workers more and more relocated to urban life,and gradually reduced the willingness to return farmer;On the other hand,in the process of migrant workers transferring to the public from the farmland,the process of urbanization of migrant workers facing household registration system,social security system,employment system and other system obstruction,especially "last guarantee" about the land system of farmers.Under the current of rural land circulation system,the situation is that "no guarantee of entry into the city,no way out of the city" when migrant workers entering the city.This situation is not only detrimental to the urbanization process of migrant workers,but also is not conducive to the stability of our social development.Based on the theoretical design of the double-security farmland circulation system,at first this paper analyzes the effect of the system on the urbanization of migrant workers,then followed by the questionnaire survey of 15 counties in four provinces,this paper makes an empirical analysis which used the binary logistics model on the influencing factors of peasant workers' willingness to realize the peasant workers under the scheme of the double-security farmland circulation system.The main conclusions are as follows: First,the theory of double-security farmland circulation system is in line with the interests of rural migrant workers who have settled out of rural areas and left in rural areas;Second,migrant workers are between 20-39 years old,the closer the relationship between relatives and friends,the higher the proportion of total household income and migrant workers' income,the higher the social security in the villages,the less than 5 acres of cultivated land contracted by urbanization;Third,it is the need to ensure the double security of farmland circulation system of long-term implementation,while strengthening the household registration system and other related supporting system reform,by that can ensure the system have long-term effect of migrant workers,and promote migrant workers completely escaping from the agricultural land and achieving real citizenization.
