Research On The Social Service Of Family Farm In The Guanzhong Region Of Shaanxi

The Chinese agricultural socialization service was got some of achievements since it was officially launched in 1991.Since the 21 st century,the central eight consecutive programs and the third of 17 th plenary session of the decisions that is to improve the agricultural socialized service system and that plan put forward or to strengthen to get clear requirements in 2015.The imperfect agricultural socialization service also hindered in the development of the family farm and modernized agriculture.Therefore,agricultural socialization service systems is essential to build a comprehensive,to cover and convenient,and to efficient in the development of modernized family farm.Furthermore,this system is important to establish and draw a plan which is adapted to the family farm.The objective of this research is to study the current family farm in Guan Zhong region of Shaanxi province to satisfy the actual situation of agricultural socialization system and demand.And also to know about the surveying of family farmers personal basic situation,how currently using,evaluation and demand orientation of that system in family farmers of Weinan,Baoji,Xianyang,Xi'an,Tongchuan,Yangling in Guanzhong regions.The surveyed data was used by random stratified sampling method of fixed point to get typical sample and evaluated a family orderly multivariate logistic model to get agricultural socialization service satisfaction by using SPSS 17.0 software analysis to determine the significant factors affecting in system of satisfaction.The research is to explore the family farm on the relationship between the agricultural socialization service satisfaction and demand,and multivariate logistic regression model showed the correlation degree between the two surveys.The results showed that(1)the family farm in the Shaanxi province was satisfied with the average satisfaction of the social service,only 7.3% was very pleased.(2)Strengthening in agricultural technology,implantation and epidemic prevention,acquisition and sales and loan services to improve the overall level of social service satisfaction among the family farms,(3)the largest and the most urgent demand in agricultural technology service of familyfarms and the secondary demand for information services and agricultural insurance services were evaluated,but the endowment insurance and weather forecast service demand were not strongly advocated;(4)the result of preliminary construction of agricultural socialization service was found that in Guanzhong family farm district of Shaanxi province.The construction of norms that has some standard measures for raising the level of agricultural socialization of family farm.
