Study On Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Socialization Service Demand Of Rice Farmers In Hengyang City,Hunan Province

The report of the Party’s 20 National Congress pointed out that "developing new agricultural management subjects and social services,and developing agriculture on an appropriate scale",which indicated the importance of the socialized service system in the development process of modern agriculture,and also provided the policy basis for promoting the construction of socialized service system of agriculture in China.Agricultural socialized service is a socialized agricultural economic organization form in which various agricultural production and operation units adapt to the needs of market economy and obtain specialized division of labor and scale benefits of intensive service.It is an indispensable force to support agricultural development at present.Based on the economies of scale theory,transaction cost theory and hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the survey data of 317 rice farmers in Hengyang,Hunan Province from the micro level by using econometric analysis method.Firstly,the agricultural socialization service demand of sample rice farmers was summarized.Secondly,on the basis of literature review and theoretical research,the factors affecting the agricultural socialization service demand of rice farmers were analyzed theoretically.Thirdly,the dual Logistic model was used to test the influencing factors of rice farmers’ demand for agricultural socialized services from four aspects: individual characteristics,family characteristics,rice production and management conditions and land circulation factors.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this project puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The findings are as follows: first,there are some differences in the satisfaction evaluation of rice farmers to the main suppliers of agricultural socialized services;Second,there are some differences in the demand degree of rice farmers for different agricultural social service projects,and there is an imbalance in the structure,and the differentiated demand can not be effectively satisfied.Thirdly,the factors influencing the agricultural socialization service demand of rice farmers were obtained.Nine factors,including gender,age,education level,whether to join agricultural cooperatives,the proportion of rice planting income in household income,the labor force engaged in rice planting all year round,the area of rice planting,the years of contracting other people’s land and the price of contracted land,have significant influence on the demand for agricultural socialized services.On this basis,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.First,innovate the way of agricultural socialized service supply and improve the service level of the main suppliers;Second,strengthen the training of farmers,introduce professional personnel,improve the level of agricultural technology services at the grass-roots level;Third,strengthen publicity,education and training to improve farmers’ awareness of social services;Fourth,innovate the land transfer mechanism to promote the land flow to the main body of large-scale management;Fifth,we will increase financial support and raise the level of agricultural support.
