Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.was established in February 2012.Its business scope includes real estate development,sales and leasing,resettlement housing development and investment.Faced with the opportunities of new urbanization construction and the increasingly competitive market,whether enterprises can judge the situation,grasp its development direction and formulate corresponding implementation strategies are the key to maintaining advantages in fierce competition.At present,Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.is in the development stage,the salary and assessment system is not yet sound,and there is no other form of salary and incentives other than the normal salary,and the salary is at a low level in the same industry.Therefore,employees are absent or even resigned.The situation has affected and even restricted the development of the company.Therefore,how to combine the actual situation of the company,study the salary incentive program and its effective performance appraisal system is the bottleneck problem that Henan Watson Real Estate Company needs to solve.On the basis of collecting and sorting out a large amount of literature materials,this paper systematically studies the salary incentive and assessment system of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.based on the successful experience of design and implementation of domestic and foreign salary incentive programs.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the development status of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,based on the salary incentive model of SMEs at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the status quo of salary incentives and assessments of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.through questionnaires,and reveals its problems and causes.Secondly,through the establishment of the salary design principle and the salary incentive model,the optimization design of the salary incentive plan of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.is carried out.The salary incentive plan for senior managers,middle managers and general employees and the company's welfare incentive program were designed.Furthermore,the method of key performance evaluation indicators was screened by the balanced scorecard method.The Performance Appraisal Committee provided the performance appraisal method of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.Finally,by strengthening the preliminary preparations for performance appraisal and clarifying the principle of performance appraisal,the implementation strategy of salary incentives of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.is provided.The characteristics and innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in: 1 Through the questionnaire survey,based on the analysis of the status quo of the salary and assessment system of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,reveal the problems and causes in the salary incentive and assessment system of the company;The salary incentive plan for the middle and high-level leadership positions of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.and the salary and welfare program design of the employees provide the salary optimization plan for Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.3 Using the Balanced Scorecard to establish key performance indicators,and providing the performance appraisal indicator system of Henan Watson Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,it also provides a system for evaluating company performance.The research in this paper not only supplies a series of compensation and encouragement planning and performance evaluation methods of Henan Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,but also provides realistic analysis and analysis for the implementation of other actual salary encouragement and performance evaluation.
