Research On Location Selection And Layout Of Mountain Industrial Parks

As the economics of cities and industrialization has been developed,the country has speeded up the pace of construction of industrial parks to develop urban economy.In the context of the contradiction of the finite sex of land natural resources and the fast development of industry,more and more industrial parks has constructed in the mountainous environments.The constructions of the mountain industrial parks is an important means of balancing the contradiction of industrial development and farmland protection and accelerate the industrial sustainable development in the mountainous environments.Mountain region,however,the ecological environment of complex and sensitive degree higher characteristic determines the use of mountain area is a limited choice.So,choose the appropriate land for the construction of industrial park is a fundamental basis of mountain industrial park construction and development,and study the method of land use selection is the top priority.The paper mainly takes the Dali in Yunnan province as an example,and references related theory and evaluation methods and fully considers the characteristics of development and construction of mountain industrial park to build the suitability evaluation system of the mountain industrial parks location.Then,use the method of multifactor weighted index and analytic hierarchy process supported by GIS to conduct regional suitability evaluation.The study selects candidate area of industrial park construction and put forward the suggestions of industrial park land use,in order to provide decision support for the mountain industrial park location choices.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The study takes the available construction area of Dali as evaluating scope,and has selected some evaluation index considering mountain features as follows: the slope,elevation,aspect,geological disasters,ecological sensitivity,foreign transportation convenience degree,transportation accessibility,and town influence and infrastructure conditions.Then,the paper determines the index weights using analytic hierarchy process and conduct the following fourth suitability zone after the evaluation factor comprehensive superposition analysis: the first class suitable area,the second class suitable area,the third class suitable area and not appropriate for industrial parks construction area.There are 91km2 areas for the first class suitable area,154 km2 areas for the second class suitable area,83 km2 for the third class suitable area and 42 km2 for the not appropriate for industrial parks construction area.This suggests that the first class suitable area can be constructed efficiently as optimization area for industrial parks and the second class suitable area can be constructed as industrial parks with environmental protection.The third class suitable area can be constructed low-intensity according to the actual conditions on the basis of environmental protection.As for the not appropriate for industrial parks construction area,it is not appropriate for industrial park.(2)According to the results of industrial park location choice suitability evaluation,the study draws four pieces suitable for construction of industrial park area as the candidate of the Dali industrial park construction area in combination with the practical situation of regional and industrial park land use characteristics of the construction.The area one is12.79 km2,it is located in the northern region of Dali,near the northeast coast of the Erhai lake.The area two is 23.37 km2;it is near the east coast of the Erhai lake.It is at the junction of Haidong town and the Fengyi town.The area three is 3.94 km2,it is located in the south region of Dali,3km away from southwest of Fengyi town.The area four is 8.62 km2;it is located in the south region of Dali,close to the north of Xiaguan.The study suggests the developing sequences of four areas are area two,area three,area four,area one considering the development of the regional land use,comprehensive traffic location advantage and scale of land use.(3)On the basis of the method of the mountain industrial parks arrangement,this paper has put forward mountain industrial park layout planning suggestions from the aspects of space structure,partition function layout and ecological green space system of the mountain industrial parks take area two as an example.The spatial structure of the complex terrain ecological environment fragile mountain industrial parks should pay attention to the micro topography and local microclimate and flexible layout structure.Most of the park should adopt the spatial structure of group.In mountain industrial park planning,life function can be extended using the bigger slope gradient,and create a variety of forms of three-dimensional space using the terrain elevation difference.Production group can be arranged in valley and river bank.These areas should be flat and has large land scale and convenient transportation.The part of the mountain of planning scope should be retained selectively.
