Employment is the vitalest to people's life,the employment also is the relationship between economic development and social stability,and it is the most important in building a harmonious socialist society.Until now,the rural workers has become an important part of our country.They are the major thrust of social and economic development.With the economic development into the new normal,upgrade industrial structure,so and development innovation elements become the core of competitiveness.Under this background,labor as the main factor of production enterprises and manufacturers also gradually changing ideas.They dominate by digital and Internet,information model,which in turn reduce the demand for rural labor.Under the dual structure of urban and rural areas in China,the unempolyed rural workers mean Unsupported in the city.So on a balance,the first choice of a plan is returning.More importantly,based on national conditions,the city cannot offer a job for all rural workers.Which is nothing to do with the system,but relates to the level of economic development.In present period,only a part of the large number of can be settle down in the city.Other rural workers are doomed to return to the country.According to relevant statistics that the number of returning rural workers are increasing year by year in recent years in Henan province.And governments at all levels issues targeted policies to ensure the survival and development of returning rural workers.However,considering the individual difference between returning rural groups,how to reasonably returning rural workers,and provide suitable jobs for rural is a matter of long-term economic and social development of Henan province.It is a long-term,complex and difficult task to offer jobs for returning rural workers.This study bases on the reality of returning rural workers in Henan province,by the returning rural workers employment as the research subject.According to the preliminary questionnaire,field survey data,and the existing research and the conclusion,I analysis the characteristics of returning rural workers and the basic features of employment in Henan province.Then I also analysis the specific problems of employment.At last,I will put forward countermeasures and suggestions to expand the returning rural workers employment space.To be specific,at the first I introduce the status of returning rural workers in Henan province according to the relevant statistics,and I focus on “threefactors”,meaning the pull factors of city,the push factors of country and the ability of worker,to analysis the returning reason of rural workers.And then I summe up the Social features,economic features and demographic features.At second,based on the questionnaire and field survey data of Huang Huai of four cities in Henan Province to analysis on the employment situation of returning rural workers.And I can gets some using condisions to answer the three employment difficult.which is the employment options limited,individual quality and the absence of public employment services.Finally,in view of the existing obstacles,I put forward the reasonable orientation of regional industry,enhancing the government service consciousness,establishing the training systemand of the rural workers to improve employadility perfecting the employment service system and so on.Which the purpose is making every effort to solve returning rural workers employment problem of Henan province.
