Research On Entrepreneurship Of Young People,Hunan Province,Returning To Rural Areas

In 2015,Premier li Keqiang officially put forward the slogan "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",which set off a wave of entrepreneurship nationwide.Entrepreneurship is the eternal driving force for social progress and national development.In his report to the 19th national congress,President Xi Jinping stressed that young people are the future of the country,the hope of the nation and the driving force for innovation and entrepreneurship.Since the 1980s,young people returning to their rural areas have been the most distinctive labor force in the process of industrialization and urbanization,and they are the main force driving the modernization and social development of our country.Firstly,by using literature review method and empirical analysis method,this paper analyzes the factors that have an effect on young people returning to the rural areas to start their own businesses.It concludes that five factors,namely entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial region,entrepreneurial field,venture capital,entrepreneurial scale and entrepreneurial ability,are the main driving forces for young people returning to the rural areas to start their own businesses.Secondly,through the method of field research the paper presents in details not only the present situation of Hunan returning youth's entrepreneurship,which finds that there exists such weaknesses as scarce entrepreneurship resources,deficient entrepreneurship capability,single start-ups,insufficient government policy and financial support and derailed entrepreneurial education and practice,but also the specific analysis on these problems.Thirdly,the successful cases of entrepreneurship are also provided both from the government and individuals.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward for how to better promote the success of Hunan rural returning entrepreneurs:(1)Hunan rural returning entrepreneurs should constantly improve their own quality;(2)the government should provide better services for the entrepreneurship of returning youth;(3)constantly improve the fund service system.
