| Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has entered the decisive stage of poverty reduction and building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the problems in pastoral areas is one of the main contents, which the core problem is the income of the herdsmen problem. The improvement of the living standard of herdsmen is the necessary way to solve the herdsmen problem. Therefore,it is of great significance to increase the income of herdsmen,to improve their living standards, narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, and realize the sustainable development of pastoral areas.Based on the study of the current situation and the reasons for the slow growth of herdsman income of Inner Mongolia, this paper finds that there are three main reasons:fewer animal products sales channels, and livestock prices decline;the prevalence of aging and the sources of income are less;the cost of production and the cost of living are higher and so on.Based on the survey data of the 2014-2016,it uses the multiple linear regression models to analyze the factors affecting the income of herdsmen. The results show that there was a significant negative correlation between the 4 variables, such as the average age of family labor, the number of family burden, whether there is a bank or private loans, and whether you need to pull the water, and herdsman income, which means that aging, chronic disease and support students, loans, water resources are restricting factors of herdsman’s income growth;there was a positive correlation between the income of herdsmen and 5 variables:whether know the local knowledge, the per capita amount of pasture, whether grazing, whether has clipping pasture, whether participation in ecological premium policy, which shows that the use of traditional knowledge, the effective allocation of grassland and ecological compensation policy are factors to increase the income of herdsmen;they have no significant effect on the per capita net income of herdsmen, such as The average education level of labor, the number of family labor, productive investment accounted for the proportion of total expenditure and whether is the village cadres and so on,which means that the pastoral economy has not changed the traditional mode of operation and the effect of education, science and technology investment are limited and cannot play the best role in increasing the income. Therefore,we should make full use of the potentiality and ability of herdsmen to improve their living conditions and social welfare. |
