Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of The Quality Of Urbanization Of Ordos

Urbanization is a strategic matter of China's economic and social development and important symbol of social progress.With the advancement of Urbanization in China,pay more attention to the speed of development but neglect the development of the quality become more and more serious.The Central Economic Work Conference in 2012 first time to stress "Developing Urbanization actively and steadily,striving to improve the quality of Urbanization" become a primary mission.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2013 pinpoints:"Adhere that we must choice the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,the quality of urbanization is the key point of enhance the new type Urbanization".The quality of urbanization is a comprehensive concept to reflect its advantages and disadvantages.The essential connotation of it include the own development quality,the efficiency and the coordinated of urban and rural areas.Since 2006,Ordos as a typically resource cities,the develop speed of urbanization is very fast,the quality of urbanization has made great strides forward.But there are still some problems in development process.Therefore,it is significance to study and evaluate the quality of urbanization.This thesis built the index evaluation system of urban quality,calculating the index of own development quality,the efficiency and the coordinated of urban and rural areas in 2006-2015 with comprehensive index method and analysis hierarchy process.Pointing that the industrial structure of Ordos losing balance,economic and society development is inharmonious,under development of Smart City,counterfeit urbanization phenomenon.The reason is include government,market mechanism and binary structure.At last,this thesis point the local government should clear its responsibility,accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,to speed up the construction of urban and rural integration and strengthening the construction of informative level in order to improve the quality of Ordos's urbanization.
