Poverty is a difficult problem in the world and the crux of our country's development.Financial poverty alleviation is a powerful weapon for all countries in the world to solve the problem of poverty.Unlike financial poverty,poverty group has production capacity of financial poverty more attention with development intention,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to agriculture,the development and reform policies,a large number of resources to tilt to agriculture.The reform of the rural land system has been carried out steadily,and the modernization of agriculture has been accelerating.New agricultural management entities have been springing up,and the rural financial services have ushered in new opportunities for development.China postal savings bank BZ branch upgrade also noticed the transformation of small loan,product innovation and adjustment factor,effectively enhance the market competitiveness of small loans to agriculture,financial poverty alleviation service gradually expand the scope of implementation by farmers to new agricultural business entities change,but with the interest rate market,inter-bank competition,BZ the branch is facing severe external environment.This paper studied the BZ branch of financial poverty alleviation business,based on the current status of financial poverty alleviation service BZ branch as well as the analysis of the problems,and then on the current business system of financial poverty alleviation is optimized,and finally put forward the implementation measures.There are six main parts in this paper.(1)First of all,it analyzes the background and significance of the current financial poverty alleviation,combing the current situation at home and abroad,and combining the research object and content,proposes research methods and research ideas.(2)Combing the relevant theories of financial poverty alleviation,from three aspects of financial poverty alleviation theory,agricultural credit subsidy theory and rural financial market theory,to lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.(3)through the investigation and interview and other forms of the current BZ branch of financial poverty alleviation business status and existing problems were analyzed.(4)Across the analysis of the internal and external environment of BZ branch,the paper uses SWOT to analyze the financial support of BZ branch Lean business advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats analysis,draw the current BZ branch facing the environment.(5)In view of the current problems and the national strategy for the business system of BZ branch of financial poverty alleviation and optimization,were optimized from the poverty alleviation funds,financial products,poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation guarantee system,financial management and other aspects of poverty alleviation.(6)Implying financial poverty alleviation measures for the financial poverty alleviation system,and ensure the smooth implementation of the financial poverty alleviation system.(7)Conclusion and summary and Prospect of the research.The exploration and research of financial poverty theory and practice of this paper has important theoretical and practical significance for the overall management level of China's rural financial poverty alleviation and improve rural financial poverty alleviation standardization development.
