Research On Food Cold Chain Logistics In China

Nowadays the economy develops rapidly,the volume of foreign trade further increases and people’s living standards improve.Therefore on the premise of meeting the needs of people’s daily life,food safety and healthy food have been gradually a highlight for people,especially more significant attention is paid to the quality assurance of cold chain food.Cold chain logistics,which is based on the technology of refrigeration and cold storage,is gradually developing and playing an important role;in other words,it shows that supply ability of cold chain logistics has been improved.However,affected by the economic,geographical,social and other factors,the food cold chain logistics in China started to develop in recent decades,far lagging behind the advanced cold chain logistics technology,cold chain facilities and cold chain logistics management system of the foreign countries.At present,the development level of China’s cold chain logistics is in a relatively backward stage,so the research on the development of food cold chain logistics has become an important issue in the development of national economy and logistics industry.This paper starts with the development status of cold chain logistics in China and abroad,finds out the problems and shortages in the development of China’s food cold chain logistics,and seeks the new ideas to solve the problems of cold chain logistics in China.The focus of the paper is the analysis of the development status of cold chain logistics,the future trend of change and the main factors that affect the cold chain logistics in particular;it adopts an econometric model to estimate the demand for cold chain logistics.JD.COM is taken as a typical representative of fresh food online supplier to explore the improvement of professional logistics service capabilities in promoting the cold chain logistics market and think of the new model of operation for fresh food online suppliers driven by the Internet.Finally,this paper analyzes and describes development trend of food cold chain logistics in our country,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
