Jiangsu Province Aquatic Product Cold Chain Logistics Demand Forecast Research

With the improvement of people's living standard,the rich nutritional value of aquatic product is catered to consumers.And the safety and quality of aquatic products are concerned by consumers.The emergence of cold chain logistics can provide quality assurance for aquatic products which is popular among the people.Jiangsu province has a very advantageous of geographical conditions.It is one of the only a few provinces besides The Yangtze River and the sea.The aquatic products of Jiangsu are very rich.The market of cold chain logistics has great potential for development and forecasting the aquatic products cold chain logistics which has important theoretical value and practical value for guiding the healthy development of Jiangsu aquatic products cold chain logistics industry.This paper expounds the background and significance of the aquatic products cold chain logistics and the paper analyzes the current situation of cold chain logistics of aquatic products at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of water product logistics in Jiangsu.The influencing factors of cold chain logistics of aquatic products are analyzed by Pearson Correlation Coefficient.Selecting the influencing factors of the larger correlation degree,with the demand of aquatic products cold chain logistics to establish prediction index system,based on the research of cold chain logistics demand forecasting method to selected Multiple linear regression theory,Grey prediction theory and Three exponential smoothing method to build prediction model respectively and determine and combination forecasting model of IOWHA operator.The single prediction method and the combination forecasting method are compared.The results show that the combination forecasting model based on IOWHA operator is more accurate than the single prediction result.And the trend extrapolation method is used to forecast the future demand of aquatic products cold chain logistics in Jiangsu province.Therefore,Jiangsu should adopt policies and measures to increase the support for cold chain logistics of aquatic products.
