The Study On Tourist Satisfaction And Behavior Intention In Xi'an City Park Based On Tourist Perception

As the largest and the most ecological space in the city,the urban park is a functional area which integrates ecological value,leisure and recreation value and historical and cultural value.The development of economy,the times going makes our people's leisure,leisure philosophy and aesthetic concept has undergone major changes in city park in the long historical development process,its function as a simple recreational places has gradually changed,how to better explore the potential function of the city park,which not only serve the residents more.To attract tourists to become a tourist destination,to promote the development of city tourism,has also become a topic worth further research.First of all,this article through the literature review and summary,drawing on the U.S.customer satisfaction model,based on the perception of tourists and tourists experience to build a more satisfactory rating system and theoretical model.Secondly,the large-scale comprehensive city park--Seoul lake more mature as an example,through questionnaire survey and empirical research on the influencing factors of tourists residents,residents of Xi'an City Park,visitors to understand the leisure quality.Through the study found that the city park traffic accessibility,recreational function and recreation motivation and perception of tourists and tourist satisfaction is positively related,which effect affects tourists and park traffic up to the most obvious;secondly tourists' motivation as tourists and tourists intermediary satisfaction,plays a part intermediary role.Finally,the results show that the influence of the specific effect,relationship and display travel behavior intention,this article from the traffic and recreation functions,infrastructure,culture and other aspects,to provide some suggestions andCountermeasures for the development of Xi'an City Park,to improve the quality of the park recreational way,so as to enhance the positive behavior intention of tourists to reduce the negative behavior intention.The development of the Xi'an city park can become better enough to have diversity of function and participate in the activities of space,let people get the pleasure of leisure experience at the same time in the park,can play an important role in the promotion of Xi'an city's image and reputation.
