There is a close connection between religion and tourism.Tourism is an important way and means for the spread of religious culture,and Religion is the main purpose and motive of cultural activities.Religious culture contains abundant tourism resources,and tourism is to help realize value of this resource.Religious tourism,as a kind of experiencing activity with the core of religious culture,is an important research content in the field of tourism.In recent years,the study of religious tourism in China has mainly focused on the connotation of religious tourism,the relationship between religion and tourism and the sustainable development of religion in some aspects,but lacks relevant research on religious tourists.The research methods of religious tourists are also limited to qualitative analysis.As one of the most popular Buddhist tourist attractions in China,Wutai Mountain has attracted a large number of tourists because of its unique geographical location,rich natural resources and religious culture resources.However,Wutai Mountain currently has many problems,such as loose management,promotional lag,market disorder,backward infrestruture and so on,which make tourists have a bad impression on Wutai Mountain.At the same time,compared with the other three Buddhist tourist attractions,especially Putuo Mountain Scenic Area,the popularity about Wutai is much higher than Putuo,but the annual number of tourists is lower than Putuo owing to various objective and subjective factors.Therefore,it is necessary to survey and analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of tourists,and that will play a guilding role in the sustainable development of Wutai Mountain.Taking Wutai Mountain as an example,this paper first analyzes the tourism resources,products,economic development and the existing problems of Wutai Mountain tourism destination,and then collects and collates the latest network comment data,use the network text analysis method to quantify the comment data,analyzes the vocabulary of the network consumer with higher attention in the network text,then construct the evaluation index system of religion the tourists’ satisfaction;Finally,by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the overall satisfaction score of tourists,and then analyzes the factors that affect the tourists satisfaction form two aspects,and puts forward the relevant suggestions for the local tourism.
