An Analysis Of The Factors Affecting Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Members To Fulfill A Contractual Behavior In Liaoning Province

With the deepening of the degree of rural reform in our country,the status of new business management such as farmer cooperatives has been steadily increasing,which has played a pivotal role in increasing the economic income of farmers,and the overall development trend of farmer cooperatives is very rapid.Since the mid-millennium since the beginning of the document as the "three rural" issue of important guidance documents,to solve the "three rural" issue put forward effective measures,in which the farmers can not be the professional co-operatives.Since the implementation of the Farmers 'Professional Cooperative Law,the farmers'professional cooperatives have been able to activate the rural market and change the market structure of the single agricultural products on the one hand.On the other hand,the farmers can concentrate their efforts to get rich,Of the majority of farmers benefit,played a positive role in promoting.However,in view of the actual situation,the development of farmer's professional cooperatives is inseparable from the harmony between the members of the cooperative,and the contractual relationship is not strong.Therefore,whether the internal members of the obligation to perform is particularly important,a direct impact on the follow-up development of farmer professional cooperatives.This research is based on the incomplete contract theory and farmer behavior change theory as a foundation,investigated 281 memers of 154 farmer cooperatives in different places in Liaoning province for research object,found out the factors affecting the performance of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Members in Liaoning Province,and constructed the theoretical framework of influencing factors,as follows cooperative members' individual characteristics,cooperative members participate in characteristic factors,operating income characteristics of cooperative members,factors of sales environment of cooperatives,characteristics of farmers'professional cooperatives,a total of 14 variables,and carries on the descriptive analysis.Adopted binary Logistic regression to analysis on Liaoning province farmer cooperatives performance factors,the results showed that 5 factors of cooperative member trust,cooperative obligations cognition,whether a profitable return,cooperative member whether satisfied with contract price,cooperative production base and market distance showed positive correlation,but the cooperative member age,cooperative business scale,the punishment with membership performance behavior showed negatively correlation.At the end of this paper,put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of behavior,publicity,membership and membership communication,open up new sales channels and reasonable punishment mechanism,in order to improve the Liaoning province farmer cooperatives performance rate.
