A Study On The Cooperation Willingness Of The Members Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives In Qionglai City

At present,China's farmers' professional cooperatives are in the critical period of quantitative growth towards quality improvement,but most of farmers' professional cooperatives development in low level quality,due to the management operation is not standardized enough,the willingness of cooperate for menbers is not strong.In the context of the diversity of cooperative members' participation in the main body,there are significant differences in the wishes and behavior of core members and ordinary members in the process of participation in cooperation,and some farmers' cooperatives are dominated by core members,while some ordinary members become "nominal members",which is contrary to the nature of "full ownership and democratic control" of farmers' cooperatives.It not only affects the interests of farmers,but also affects the standard development of cooperatives.On the comb and prediction based on the literature research,on the basis of designing questionnaire,takes 10 farmers' professional cooperative selected randomly to research.Reaching some conclusions by carrying on the survey data and using SPSS2.0 software T test analysis or variance analysis.The first one including the farmers' professional co-operatives development slowly and the low level of business;The cultural level of the members is generally low;There are obvious differences in willingness and benefits between core members and ordinary members.Insufficient disclosure of financial system and earnings distribution;Not closely linked to the interests of members,especially ordinary members;The government's limited policy and technical support and other characteristics and problems.Secondly,the willingness of members of Qionglai professional farmers cooperatives to participate in cooperation is influenced by the identity and cultural level of members.Gender of members has no significant effect on willingness to participate in cooperation;The willingness of members to expand their scale,to buy shares and to issue shares,and to participate in management affairs is significantly influenced by their educational level,their understanding of the nature and function of the cooperative,and their awareness of their obligations in the cooperative.The stable transaction relationship between members and cooperatives was significantly affected by the understanding degree of finance and earnings distribution of cooperatives,and was positively correlated.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the investigation and empirical analysis,the author proposes countermeasures and Suggestions from three aspects,namely,the government,the farmer specialized cooperative and the farmer specialized cooperative members,to improve the participation and cooperation willingness of the members of the farmer specialized cooperative in Qionglai City,especially the ordinary members.
