A Survey Of The Demand For Science And Technology Of Mushroom Growers In Xiuyan County

Edible fungus is rich in protein as green food,especially the edible fungus of the crown"reputation of letinous edodes,is not only rich in nutrition,its delicious taste good,in recent years sales is considerable,the market demand is very big.As the "mushroom" township of Xiuyan County,the rapid development of edible fungus industry,letinous edodes production is the main force of edible fungi production,letinous edodes growers technology service demand can not be met,letinous edodes gowers demand for the relevant science and technology has brought great impact to the production of letinous edodes.The science and technology required by letinous edodes growers have the nature of certain public goods.Based on the survey data of 172 letinous edodes households,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the status of the scientific and technological needs of the letinous edodes growers in Xiuyan county and the factors affecting the scientific and technological requirements of the letinous edodes growers in Xiuyan county.The results show that the characteristics of the household:the gender and age of the growers have different effects on the demand of science and technology.Risk factors:price fluctuations,sales,whether the acquisition of related enterprises,natural disasters have different degrees of impact on the demand for science and technology services.The level of knowledge and information factors:the degree of education,the demand for agricultural science and technology programs to watch the impact of science and technology services is significant,the impact of training is not significant.The factors of economic income level:the influence of the proportion of household income on the demand for science and technology services.Based on above research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:improve the quality of growers,increase the demand of agricultural science and technology service consciousness;strengthen the scientific research strength,quality inspection efforts;to growers demand-oriented,improve the service system of science and technology;cultivate leading enterprises,leading enterprises to lead the lead release ability;to encourage growers and join relevant professional development association.
