Research On Evaluation And Developmental Countermeasures Of Open Economy In Changsha County

Our country comes into a new open-up situation in the background of the current economic longitudinal deepening development and the international political landscape changes profoundly.Changsha County is located in the core area of open economic corridor in the eastern Changsha,which is a key node of docking domestic and international in Changsha,as well as Hunan province.On the other hand,it also plays a vital role in guiding Changsha Eastern opening and promoting the economic development of Hunan Province.Thus,vigorously develop the open economy in Changsha County is not only the proper meaning of building a new system of open economy in China,but also the inevitable choice of Hunan Province to achieve a new leap in the scientific development and take the lead in the rise of the central area.This study taking it as a starting point to explore the development of open economy in Changsha County.Firstly,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and international research trends of open economy,this paper reviews and comments on the open economic development theory related to this research from two aspects of international trade and international investment.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis and summary of the realistic foundation and the present situation of the development of the open economy in Changsha County,this paper has established an evaluation index system to evaluate the present situation of open economy development in Changsha County from three aspects of the dependence on foreign trade,dependence on foreign capital and comprehensive openness,and than compared Changsha County with Jiangyin,Kunshan,Hunan Province and the national average of the open economy development level.The results show that Changsha County has a good momentum of development and achieved periodical results during the period of 2005-2015 in open economy,and which is also have absolute advantage in Hunan Province.However,there is still a big gap with Jiangyin and Kunshan,and aslo significantly lower than the national average.Thirdly,in order to analyze the further effect of open economy on economic growth,this paper has comprehensive use of a variety of econometric methods to do an empirical analysis of the relationship between foreign trade,foreign direct investment and economic growth in Changsha County.The results show that foreign trade and foreign direct investment can promote economic growth in Changsha County.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,finded out the problem existing in the development of open economy in Changsha County,and than analyzed and summarized the restrictive factors in developing open economy in Changsha County.At last,based on the actual to put forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the open development level of Changsha County from five aspects of transportation system,the cooperation of management and trade,open platform,public service and so on.
