Study On Development Of Opening Economy Of Luoyang

Luoyang is an important industry base and the sub-central city of Henanprovince, with strong economy level,strong carrying capacity for resources andenvironment,but the opening economy development level is still low.In the newsituation of global economic integration and the acceleration of the process of insideand outside the industry to accelerate the transfer to the central and western regions ofChina,we have to focus on the study of opening economy,make a clear strategic ofLuoyang’s opening economy and try to give policy recommendations,this research canbe used to help society development and the construction of the Central PlainsEconomic Area.This article based on the opening economic theory,adopted qualitative,quantitative and comparative analysis methods,analyzed the current situation of theopening economic in Luoyang.And the use of SWOT analysis, the objective evaluationof the environment of Luoyang’s open economy development.At the same time,linking theory with practice,Research and put forward the strategic focus of thedevelopment of Luoyang’s open economy and relevant countermeasures.Based on the introduction to the theory of opening economic development, First,the measure of the level of an open economy--the basic index of the degree ofeconomic openness,And how to promote the economic opening degree can effectivelystimulate economic growth.Secondly, based on reviewing the development ofLuoyang’s open economy achievement,by comparison with Zhengzhou city, points outimport and export scale is small, the use of foreign capital is small in amount, theopenness of the economy is low of the existing problems of Luoyang city in thedevelopment of an open economy, and analyzes the deep reasons.Again,,using theSWOT analysis method， objective evaluation of the advantages anddisadvantages,Luoyang’s opening economic development opportunities and challenges.Finally, combined with the Luoyang city industrial development foundationand the resources and environment conditions,to study and put forward "industrypriority" and "trade transformation" development strategy of Luoyang city,From theopening up investment, undertaking industrial transfer, optimize the trade structure,build open platform and other aspects,strive to achieve great development of openeconomy, large span,to improve Luoyang’s economic openness, boosting theconstruction of the Central Plains Economic Area.
