| Manufacturing is an industry that through human,machine,tools,chemical,physical and processing methods to deal with manufacturing resources to make it become the new products.It is an important component of the industry.It is the material foundation of the national economy.It is the main part of international competition.At present,the development of manufacturing industry in our country is faced with a situation that is not optimistic.On the one hand,the domestic demographic dividend is felling,the low-end market is going to the other countries whose labor is much cheaper.On the other hand,in order to seek new growth point of economic development,many developed countries turn their focus back on the manufacture industry,which lead to the high-end manufacturing reflux and international competition is increasingly fierce.In response to the problem of domestic strife and foreign aggression of manufacturing we face,our country launched the"Made in China 2025" strategic development route,expected by adjusting the industrial structure and developing the intelligent manufacturing to make us more powerful in manufactory industry.With economic development problems in parallel with the issues of talent cultivation.Person is the body of the social development.In the long turn,The competition of economic between various countries is the talent competition.Cultivating high-quality talents is a strong guarantee to realize the great goal of China’s manufacturing power."Made in China 2025" is put forward to strengthen manufacturing talent development overall planning and classification guidance,organize the implementation of manufacturing personnel training plan,strengthen the vocational education and skills training,cultivation of all kinds talent team,highly skilled technical skills.Talents depends on education,and training of the technical skills needed for the manufacturing of main land is higher vocational education.This thesis based on the basis of strategic development requirements of "Made in China 2025",by studying the relevant policies and regulations as well as literature,combing the development background of "Made in China 2025" and the strategic target,and the current technical skills talents cultivation scale and quality issues,such as analysis of the emergence of the "Made in China 2025" mode of technical skills training,training content and training objective three challenges,it is concluded that in order to better adapt to the "made in China 2025" strategic development requirements,training of technical skills to the degree of enhancing university-enterprise cooperation and international cooperation,strengthening the professional settings,the scientific nature of the curriculum and textbook development,strengthen the coordinated development of three aspects:knowledge,ability and quality.And based on this,propose the strategies of talents cultivation which is conform to advances the construction of co-work between enterprise training form,the construction of informat ionization teaching mode,optimize complex talent training content,forming the internationalization of the school-running mode and establishes evaluation mechanism in line with the four big transition and nine strategic development requirements of"Made in China 2025". |
