The Study On Talents Flow Mechanism Based On Ecosystem Theory

Recent years the talents flow is prevailing in China mainland. Huge numbers of talents are flowing to the southeast provinces and cities, which exerts a series impact to the local economy development. The talents flow brings to something important to the areas, such as the effect of the local economy, the mechanism of the talents flow, and the process of the talents flow. To analyze these questions is of importance value not only real but also theoretically. This article embarks from the ecology angle. According to the special details of talents flow in our country, I analysis the talents flow from the newest angle of the talents ecosystem and niche theory which is from the theory of Ecology. This article system has limited the concept of the talents ecosystem and the talents niche. I analysis the objective reason and the subjective reason of the talents flow from the theory of Ecosystem, the number principle deduction and empirical analysis. And succinctly describe the dynamic process of the talents flow. At last, I draw the conclusion.The main contents of this paper are:The first part is the introduction.
