Study On Policy Support System Of Hacker-space Under The “Double Space”

In economic sustainable development,business startups is of significance,which has become the popular form of the 21 st century.Therefore,it is imperative to tap the potential of entrepreneurial talents,the people mainly consisting of college students.Encouraging college students to open their own companies not only can create a scientific and technological innovation atmosphere in the whole society,but also can promote the development of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.In other words,cultivating entrepreneurial talents is beneficial to our society.Nowadays,a wave of "Hacker-space Movement" grows rapidly all over the country.However,as a new concept,to some extent,spreading "Hacker-space Movement" will have several difficulties,especially in some university.Therefore,to construct a long-term development of this movement is important.Combing with the background and some related researches of "Hacker-space Movement" developing,this paper consists of summarizing of popular theory,empirical analysis and conclusion drawing both in domestic and in overseas "Hacker-space Movement".Besides,the author observes drawbacks in the existing policy and provides solutions,which can assist government to make reasonable decision.By reviewing the pattern of domestic and foreign colleges’ "Hacker-space Movement",combined with the wave of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" in China,as well as the positive influence in colleges,we can embrace the bright future of "Hacker-space Movement".
