Evaluation Of The Implementation Efficiency Of Lean Management

At present,in native manufacturing enterprises,the implementation efficiency of lean management is different.The thesis takes practical experience and relevant lean literature into consideration.It starts from lean management implementation process and presents the main factors that affect the implementation efficiency of lean management.It achieves this goal by means of document analysis from the perspective of the input-output.Then,to get the list of factors affecting results,the factors affecting lean management implementation process is analyzed using questionnaire survey and expert scoring method.On this basis,the main factors that influence lean management implementation are extracted to obtain the evaluation index system of lean management implementation efficiency.This is the foundation of evaluating lean management implementation efficiency of different enterprises.On the basis of getting the evaluation system of lean management implementation efficiency,the thesis constructs an SE-Bootstrap-DEA mode to evaluate the efficiency of the implementation of lean management of 10 different enterprises.The model is based on Super Efficiency DEA model and Bootstrap-DEA model.It can achieve the goal of evaluation of small sample and contrast of super efficiency decision units.After inputting the collected data about the lean management of 10 companies into the model,analyzing the outcome of the evaluation and verifying the validity of the model,the thesis draws conclusions as follows: capital investment is the foundation of the process of lean implementation,staff input and leader attention are vital factors to improve lean management implementation efficiency and the length of lean implementation time as well as the scale of an enterprise bear a positive correlation with the efficiency of the implementation of lean management.The conclusion provides a reference for the enterprises' promoting the implementation of efficient lean improvement activities and improving lean management implementation efficiencies effectively.
