With the development of big data,Internet of Things and Internet technology,the application value of the Internet in the commercial field is increasingly apparent,and the platform economy is born.Due to the strong development potential and the rapid development of the platform enterprises,it has gradually become the hotspot of academic research.However,most of the research is from the perspective of bilateral market,network effect,multi-ownership,and few scholars have studied from the dynamic perspective.On the other hand,there are many successful platform companies in practice,but the failure examples are numerous.Therefore platform enterprises want to survive and development is not easy.This paper studies how to promote the evolution of platform enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders.First of all,this article combs and reviews the theories of bilateral market,stakeholder and life cycle,and summed up the basic theory of platform,platform enterprise stakeholder theory and platform growth theory;Secondly,the selection of Alibaba,DiDi,WeChat and Letv as the object of study,through the separate analysis and comparative analysis to obtain that they are common in the development of trajectories,stakeholders,profit sources and ecosystems;Finally,this article summarized the six elements of platform enterprise evolution,the six elements complement each other,and effectively promote the evolution of platform enterprises.The analysis shows that the importance of each factor in different growth stages is difference,and helpful to explore how stakeholders can effectively promote the growth of platform enterprises through six factors.The conclusions of this paper can be summarized as follows: First,The platform enterprise growth process is divided into three stages.This paper divides the growth process of the platform into three stages: the initial stage,the outbreak stage and the stable growth stage through the user base,the time and the critical point and the saturation point.And from the main objectives,the main problems,utility sources,innovation and other aspects to analysis the various stages.Second,proposed the "crystal model",which can effectively promote the six elements of the evolution of platform enterprises.Through the comparison and analysis of the four cases,it is concluded the six elements,which is the innovation,the network effect,the user scale,the user stickiness,the profit model and the ecology circle,the six elements interact each other,and form an indestructible "crystal",which can effectively promote the evolution of the platform enterprise.Due to the different characteristics of different stages,the six factors are different in importance at all stages,and the main stakeholders are different in different stage.Third,through the six elements of the platform,the stakeholders play an important role in promoting business growth.First,the need to give full play to the role of platform enterprise management;Second,the platform companies need to develop a good profit model,and by increasing their own right to speak to coordination and the distribution of the value of the stakeholders;Finally,pay attention to bilateral users,which is the main source of profits of enterprises and the foundation of the strong voice of the platform.
