With the rapid development of economic and society,the energy shortage and environmental pollution have become the two major problems obstructing the word's development.The development of new energy vehicle industry will help alleviate these two problems.However its development faces many problems that requires enterprises,governments,universities and so on to solve together.In this thesis,we adopted the method of integrating theory with practice.First,we studied the collaborative innovation of new energy vehicle industry,from three aspects: structure,motivation and performance.Then,we took the Toyota's new energy vehicle enterprises as an example to carry on the empirical analysis,using dynamic stochastic general equilibrium(DSGE)model.Last,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of China's new energy vehicle industry.This thesis mainly includes three research contents.Firstly,we collated the relevant research of scholars both at home and abroad.Meanwhile we analyzed the collaborative innovation from three aspects: structure,power and performance.The multi-agent structure of collaborative innovation determines the driving force of collaborative innovation,the driving force of collaborative innovation impetus collaborative innovation,collaborative innovation will produce the final performance,and collaborative innovation performance in turn to affect the multi-agent structure of collaborative innovation.In our analysis,the multi-agent structure of new energy vehicle industry includes many entities such as enterprises,government,universities.And by analyzing these subjects from two aspects of domestic and foreign,we emphasized the internationalization of new energy vehicle industry.The motivation of new energy vehicle industry include the market demand and government support.Thesis,patent and product delegate the performance of new energy vehicle industry.Secondly,we conducted empirical research,taking Toyota as an example.We introduced a variety of Toyota's new energy automotive products and sales of these products.We took co-published papers and co-authorize patents as Toyota'scooperation performance with university and other companies for technical cooperation.And we analyzed the impact of government policies on the development of Toyota's new energy vehicle.Thirdly,we established the DSGE model and simulate it.The conclusion of the model is consistent with the theory.According to the above conclusions and China's actual situation,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of China's new energy vehicle industry.This thesis draws the following conclusions.The close cooperation between the enterprise and the University plays a very important role in the research and market of new energy vehicle.The government and market policy play a promote role in the development of new energy vehicle.Technological innovation ability is the fundamental of enterprise collaborative innovation.The international features of the new energy vehicle industry have become increasingly apparent.
