Research On Optimization And Management Of XA Unicom EPC Core Network Construction Project

In the 3G era,China Unicom got obvious development in the mobile business by the WCDMA third-generation mobile communication technology standard,which is very mature and have a complete industrial in the world.But China Unicom at a disadvantage in the 4G era,because the layout of the infrastructure and theconstruction.In order to regain market share,China Unicom is proposed to speed up 4 G networks(TD/FDD-LTE)hybrid networking construction train of thought,began to vigorously construction of 4G networks across the country.China Unicom’ EPC(Evolved Packet Core)upgrade progress of the construction of the Core network is the vanguard of the 4 g network construction key points,EPC scheduling requirements of the construction of the Core network referred to the unprecedented height.This article first to introduces the basic situation of construction projects of XA China Unicom’s EPC core network,and mining analysis of the key factors that may affect the project schedule,for EPC core network upgrade project schedule management fully prepared.In formulating the construction target,the decomposition of project activities in this article,through the WBS method,find out the milestone of EPC core network,determine the critical path,belongs to formulate the time schedule of XA China Unicom’s EPC core network upgrade project.Finally,the analysis in schedule management factors which may affect the project schedule,ensure the project schedule specific measures which guided by the theory of project schedule are put forward.This thesis was based on project management theory,combined with XA China Unicom’s EPC core network upgrade project encountered in the actual situation,to the XA China Unicom’s EPC core network upgrade project schedule management for construction projects,developmentproject schedule management in communication engineering construction in the field of application.
