Research On Planning Of Shanxi Huayuan Modern Logistics Park

Logistics is a hot spot and new growth of the world economy.In the process of adjusting structure and promoting the transition,Taiyuan Coal Gasification(Group)Co.Ltd.determined Changgou Mine,its subordinate enterprise,to make experiment of transition,and proposed the use of the Changgou mine industry square for the construction of Shanxi Huayuan modern logistics park.The background of this thesis is the planning and construction of Shanxi Huayuan modern logistics park.Planning and design of the logistics park was studied,and feasible recommendations for the construction of the park was put forward.In this thesis,according to the logistics park planning process,the economic development status,the status quo of logistics development and the economic development characteristics of Taiyuan in recent years were quantitative analysed to definite the motive of Shanxi Huayuan modern logistics park construction.Through large data analysis,the whole present status and problems of storage and transportation market in Taiyuan were analyzed from the aspects of freight market,storage enterprise layout and existing logistics market distribution.Combining the logistics and non-logistics factors,the advantages and disadvantages of Shanxi Huayuan modern logistics park were analyzed to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of its construction.Based on the above analysis,the logistics demand in Taiyuan was forecast by taking the average prediction of future trends,so as to determine the overall size,functions and each function division of the park.The conditions of geography,hydrological,traffic and municipal facilities around the park were consided to demonstrate the feasibility of the park location.SLP(system layout analysis)method was applied to establish the comprehesive relationship tables of diffrent fuction areas and different buliding groups in the first stage of construction,and to determine the layout of each functional area of the park.Finally,the logistics park business model was analysed,and the recommendations of park construction and management were put forward.
