Lean Inventory Management In Tractor Manufacturing Enterprises

In the background that the industry is downturn and enterprise competition is increasingly fierce, inventory as the biggest waste of enterprises, more and more enterprises are more aware of the importance of inventory management.How to reduce inventory? And according to the actual situation of TJ company as the research background, to TJ Company’s actual production system as the main line,using value stream mapping to identify non value added flow, and using the theory of lean production, present situation of production and operation of the in-depth and detailed analysis, pointed out that the production line balance, logistics and distribution, production planning, WIP and the crux of the problem. Through the problem and the crux of the confirmation, in order processing mode, assembly line layout adjustment, inventory management mode, production line balance, production logistics and other aspects of the improvement of the improvement plan. To improve and design the production operation process by using the relevant theory method.We analyze the enterprise inventory management through the theoretical and empirically-depth. After the implementation of the program, in the production cycle,executive orders, finished products and work in process (WIP) occupation of funds,line balance get significantly improved.
