The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has recently formally implemented the national standard "Technical Specifications for Electric Bicycle Safety" applicable to the electric bicycle industry,which puts forward higher requirements for the production and operation management of the electric bicycle industry.The new national standard is a brand screening and industry reshuffle for electric vehicle manufacturers.Facing the impact of policies and markets,all enterprises must strive for changes and accelerate the listing and digestion of new national standard products from the perspectives of research and development,production,quality,and supply.Absorbing old production capacity,opportunities and challenges coexist.This paper takes L company as the research object,summarizes the relevant literature on the production and operation management of the new national standard electric bicycles,introduces the relevant basic theories;,through the logistics distribution time in the current value stream map,it is found that some mainstream suppliers have low transportation efficiency,and then a comprehensive management efficiency analysis is carried out on the supply data.The problem that is less than expected;for the production side,it is confirmed that the electric vehicle has a bottleneck process that affects the overall output efficiency through the process beats and lean mountain plots,and the corresponding yield data is analyzed with the help of the SPC process statistical tool to find the production process of the product There are uncontrollable factors;for the distribution side,through the logistics distribution and finished product storage time,it is found that there is controllable waste in the finished product storage and loading and distribution in the factory area.In the face of the above problems,this paper provides corresponding optimization design solutions from three perspectives: sorting out the procurement end,optimizing the production end,and laying out the distribution end.First,through the supplier inventory management strategy,the supplier management plan is designed,and the information platform is promoted to improve supply and demand.The information flow rate of both parties,and the material flow rate of suppliers is improved by setting up a logistics transfer warehouse,and suppliers are restricted and assessed by means of a certain cooperation agreement framework;The bottleneck process and the overall yield of the vehicle are improved;then,through the transformation of the factory layout and the process optimization of the loading and transportation of finished products,an optimized design plan is proposed for the distribution end problem.Finally,some implementation safeguards are proposed and designed to ensure the smooth implementation of the above optimized design scheme.
