The Design And Realization Of A Province State-owned Assets System Information Sharing Platform

In recent years,with the development of social economy,the total economic society has been increasing,the state-owned economy is the lifeblood of the national economy as an important part of the national economy,guiding the development direction of the national economy,besides it's impact on the overall situation of the national economy.SASAC is responsible for maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets as a investor of the state-owned assets.The Supervision mode of State owned Assets have been explored and Practiced for many years.The system of organization,institution and framework are in continuous improvement,but the method of information management is not mature,the construction of information system is not unified,analysis and decision support function is weak.The phenomenon of information silo is serious,can not adapt demand of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration.Along with the rapid development of A Province and the concept of "Internet + +",which laids a good foundation for Tianjin SASAC'S realization of state-own assets supervision by internet and informatization means.This paper is based on the work practice,combined with the theory and practice,which described the status of the state-owned assets supervision of A Province,the problems of the supervision mode,the informationization construction situation and the characteristics of companies from A province.At the same time,this paper will compare the supervision mode of assets with both here and abroad,this paper will create a plan on how to improve the management system of state-owned assets system in A province.At the end of the paper,it will construct the information platform as the starting point in order to propose the project planning which carry out step by step.This paper will focus on how to realize the efficient supervision and how to ensure state-owned assets to be maintained and increased in value through constructing an informatization supervision platform.
