The 21 st century is full of challenges.The international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,market,technology,human resources,the speed of change will be more and more fast.All of these make the enterprise faced more and more severe challenges.Among them,the human resources have become the most important factor for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage,and play a more and more important role in the development of enterprises.The enterprise to be in an impregnable position and achieve its own development,must have a number of highly qualified management personnel and staff.And the training is one of the ways to improve the quality of the necessary staff and skills to achieve.State-owned enterprises are the pillar of the national economic development,the training management is involved in enterprise development,social and economic development of the important issues.From the current situation of our country state-owned enterprise training management work,there are some misunderstanding of training.State-owned enterprises to build the core competitiveness,we must innovate the training managemen.A enterprise is a large state-owned enterprises in Hebei province,and the state capital investment operating company in Hebei province with the largest asset size.For a long time,it do a lot of work in the training of employees,strengthening the system construction,information construction,curriculum construction,teaching staff construction,and carry out the senior management training,staff training,business personnel training,regular training,etc.However,HCIG training management also has some problems.In this paper according to the relevant theory of training management,the author takes the practical and effective methods,such as literature data,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and induction analysis to analyze the problems of training management: the enterprise training system,lack of culture,training management system is not sound,the new office staff training management is weak,needs to improve professional training,insufficient training teachers,curriculum development ability is weak,and so on.Hebei construction group to improve staff quality,must improve the current training management work,the specific measures is: firstly,create a learning culture;The second is to build the scientific training management system;The third is to strengthen the training for the new office staff;Fourth is layer through multiple channels to carry out the straight pipe professional training;Fifth is to strengthen the training of the teachers team construction,optimize the curriculum system.Through the discussion and analysis of the problems of employee training management,we try to find the best solution to the employees' training and development,and strengthen the theoretical foundation of the training system through the research on the training management of HCIG,providing training for the state-owned enterprises Reference.
