With the rapid development of market economy,talent has become the core force of enterprise development.Competition among enterprises is ultimately the competition of talent.Taking Lushang Group as a model,this paper makes a detailed study on the personnel training system of modern state-owned enterprises.Through sorting out and analyzing the existing problems,this paper designs a new,perfect,reasonable and applicable management personnel training system to match the strategic development of enterprises.In this study,the basic theory of training was fully grasped through consulting and studying a large number of documents and materials.Then the current state-owned enterprise management personnel training system and the existing problems were investigated and analyzed.Finally,taking Lushang Group Company as an example,through a detailed investigation of the current training system of the company,the shortcomings are found.Then we using the basic theoretical knowledge,we design a more optimized training system.Through research,we find that the shortcomings of the existing training system of Lu Shang Group include: the training methods are unscientific,the training content is not well targeted,the curriculum system is not perfect,the teaching form is relatively single and so on.Aiming at these shortcomings in training system,a new training system is designed in this study.And this study optimizes the original training system from the aspects of training methods,curriculum,lecturer selection,school hours and training cycle,training content selection.In addition,in the last part of this study,various safeguards are proposed for the smooth implementation of the training system optimization program.And the safeguard measures include organization guarantee,system guarantee and resource guarantee.
