Study On Differences And Influencing Factors Of High-tech Industry Industry Efficiency In Regional

High-tech industry is the rapid rise of the sunrise industry since the twenty-first century,the development of high-tech industry is the most effective way to change China's economic growth model and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China's economy.The healthy and rapid development of high-tech industry is of great significance to promote the development of China's economy in the new period and promote the construction of a well-off society.This paper analyzes the input and output panel data of high-tech industry in the eight integrated economic zones from 2005 to 2014.Data envelopment analysis is used as the basic method of calculation.Through the calculation of the pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive technical efficiency of the high-tech industry in the eight comprehensive economic zones,it is found that the output efficiency of the high-tech industry is increasing trend,and the development of the regional development is obvious,and there is a certain gap in high-tech industry efficiency.In order to analyze the influencing factors of the efficiency of high-tech industry's output,this paper takes the per capita education period as the human capital factor,the level of industrial specialization and the level of technological innovation as the economic factor and the government policy of the high-tech industry as the institutional factors This paper analyzes the three factors as the explanatory factors of the efficiency of high-tech industry and finds that the effect of industrial specialization on the output efficiency of high-tech industry is not obvious.There is a significant positive correlation between human capital factor and regional high-tech industry efficiency,long education period,well-qualified areas of its high-tech industry output efficiency is significantly higher than the low years of education,talent shortage areas;technological innovation and high-tech industry output efficiency between the negative relationship;government policies on the Southwest economic zone and the northwest economic zone has a stronger guiding force.According to the actual situation of local governments,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions to improve the efficiency of regional high-tech industry output:to enhance the role of industry specialization in the development of regional high-tech industry;to build a reasonable and feasible allocation of talents and To promote the optimal allocation of human capital resources;to improve the comprehensive economic zone of high-tech industry's technological innovation capability;to develop eight integrated economic zone synergies and characteristics of the coexistence of industrial scale route;to enhance the overall technical level of high-tech industry;and the government play the leading role in the growth of high-tech industries.
