An Analysis On The Factors Influencing The Innovation Efficiency Of High Tech Industry In China

At present,China is in an important period of industrial restructuring and upgrading,the problem of irrational industrial structure becomes very prominent,it is urgent to adjust the industrial structure,eliminate backward modes of production.Because the high technology industry has a strong industry relationship,big driving coefficient,so promoting the development of high-tech industries to promote the development of other industries is an important way to change the mode of economic development.Based on the summary of relevant literature,combined with the technology innovation theory,comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory,the innovation efficiency of high tech industry is divided into the following five categories: internal innovative factors,external technological factors,industrial organization factors,institutional environment factors and outward open factors.according to the development of high-tech industries and the different characteristics of the industry,This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of innovation efficiency.The main conclusions are as follows: R & D investment has significant positive impact,On the whole,the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China is low,and there is a great difference among industries.There are some differences in the efficiency of innovation in high-tech industries in China,because the development stages of different industries are different,and the characteristics of the industry are also different.The results of the policy recommendations are as follows: increase the R&D investment of high-tech industry,especially improve the innovation efficiency of R & D personnel,according to the different factors affecting the efficiency of China's high-tech industry innovation,we should give guidance and support to each industry,so as to promote the long-term,stable and sustainable development of high-tech industries.Specific measures are as follows: increase the intensity of R & D investment,combine independent research and development with technology import,improve the market environment,promote the healthy competition of enterprises,establish a good system of security,develop industrial parks,form a cluster advantage,and increase the level of opening up to the outside world,change the role of government in the development of high-tech industry.
