The progress of science and technology mainly depends on the ability of independent innovation.In order to realize our dream of power,to achieve sustainable development,enhance national strength,to achieve technological progress,improve production efficiency and optimize the resource allocation,enhance and update of science and technology to achieve output generation,so as to bring the country's industrial structure adjustment and optimization.China has a vast territory,whether natural resources,industrial investment or provinces promulgated and implemented the policies and measures on the basis of the various regions and industries are slowly widening gap,which lead to differences in the level of industrial development is significant,the provincial and municipal level and development imbalance more prominent.The state has formulated the policy of coordinated development of regional economy.Over the years,from the central to the local in the balanced development of regional economy coordination,face launched a number of key initiatives,however,the imbalance of regional economic development process and the reason for the formation of long-term,especially in natural resources and geographical environment of relatively large regional differences,therefore regional economic development is not balanced,very uncoordinated difficult to have a fundamental change in the short term.There are differences between regions and industries and the demand for technological innovation of high-tech industry.This article is from the regional perspective,industry perspective and the perspective of the two.This paper through the research of technology innovation and output data of China's 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,the delivery rate is independent variable the average number of employees,R&D funds R&D internal expenditure,external spending,new product sales income the introduction,digestion,absorption of funds expenditure expenditure,expenditure,technical transformation funds for fixed assets,gross profit as the technological innovation efficiency measure,using factor analysis,multiple regression method,using the SPSS software,from the perspective of two regions and industries,empirical analysis of the influence factors of this variable.The use of data analysis results are:in the area of the total profit level,it is respectively influenced by sales revenue,new products of digestion and absorption of expenditure expenditure,technical transformation funds of three elements;and in this industry total profit level,it is influenced by the average number of employees,R&D funds spending and external digestion the absorption expenditure of three elements.In order to reduce the differences between regions and industries,and to improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in regions and industries.Based on the analysis of the results,this paper gives the strategy of improving the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry.
