The auto industry in China started late,development is still with the auto industry of developed countries in the world there is a big gap.With reform and opening-up,and China’s accession to the WTO,the fast development of auto industry in China,the automobile market is great changes have taken place,in the field of commercial vehicles,various auto enterprises with foreign auto industry to marriage,liberation,Faw Jiefang Automotive Company,as a completely independent of the enterprise by the huge impact,how to improve the industry competitiveness of enterprises has become the company development must solve the key problems.Now the liberation of the company in the production field management faced with the dilemma: on the one hand is excess capacity,the company’s design production capacity is 240000 units per year,and the actual annual output to 150000 vehicles,capacity utilization rate is only 62.5%,the company has been committed to how to improve capacity utilization;User personalization is on the other hand,the current market demand is strong,and large quantities of demand gradually to the small batch conversion,small batch production,however,need frequent replacement of stamping mould,adjust the coating spray paint color,production beat united hard,causing the production cost is high,the product price is difficult to cover cost of small batch production,the company is committed to how to reduce the small batch production and reduce the production cost.In order to solve the above difficulties,this paper USES the related technology and method of industrial engineering(work measurement,operation analysis,motion analysis,5 s management,etc.),and using the method of case study,analysis of problems in the company,finally found that reduce the operation cost of liberation company workshop production line,realizing every line balanced production is the best way to solve the above difficulties.For manufacturing enterprise,the workshop site management often is the key of the enterprise management,is the smallest business unit in the workshop production line,factory arranged according to production plan to the supplier offered to cargo plan,organization and the workshop production,all kinds of resources(material,labor,kinetic energy,logistics,production of spare parts,etc.)into the production line,the production of the product,so production line as the first production site has a pivotal position in the manufacturing enterprise.This paper mainly adopts case analysis research method,through on-the-spot investigation,literature research,SWOT analysis to conduct the thorough research to the liberation of the company production line efficiency,based on the relevant knowledge of industrial engineering and management methods of production efficiency of manufacturing enterprise put forward the corresponding optimization scheme,from the production management process design,production process control measures and curing,so as to effectively solve the liberation of the company production line operation efficiency,reduce manufacturing cost.This paper mainly consists of four parts: the first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the research background of this article and use in the process of research ideas and methods of study;The second chapter for the case of text,mainly to the company and project preparation accordingly is introduced,and problems found in the production of site management;The third chapter is case analysis,mainly aimed at enterprise internal and external environment analysis,and focus on production efficiency of the enterprise management,SWOT analysis of the industry development situation,identify the problem of low efficiency of same type production line running point;The fourth chapter for the scheme design,mainly based on the above analysis,formulate relevant solutions to raise efficiency of production line.In this paper,the liberation of the company production line efficiency management as the research background,explore its existing advantages and disadvantages,and combined with the problems and opportunities in development,see liberation efficiency of company management,there is a big progress in space research through practice for China’s eldest son "car" liberation Faw Jiefang Automotive Company,direction,hope their future better able to bear the social responsibility and political responsibility.
