With the development of economy,performance management has in the enterprise plays a very important role,therefore,enterprises to establish a sound performance evaluation system is of vital importance to the enterprise,more and more managers are aware of the problem.So how to establish a set of scientific performance evaluation system,improve the level of performance management has become the most enterprises need to solve the problem.Based on consulting a large number of related performance evaluation theory and information,to grasp the common methods of performance evaluation,existing employee performance appraisal system in limited company of Shenyang FT HVAC manufacturing problems are analyzed,improvement and optimization of the original performance appraisal system,and the optimization scheme of the improved implementation of Shenyang FT HVAC manufacturing Co.Ltd performance evaluation to summarize the results and the implementation of the.The full text of the study includes 4 chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part,this paper describes the research background,significance and research methods used in the research process.Focuses on the theoretical basis of this paper,the concept and principle of performance evaluation and performance evaluation methods,this chapter establishes the research foundation of 50 employees;the second chapter of the Shenyang FT HVAC manufacturing Co.survey on satisfaction of performance appraisal system,analysis of the survey data,the existing performance evaluation system of Shenyang FT HVAC Manufacturing Co.,the problems are:the leadership is not enough attention,evaluation of performance evaluation method of simple evaluation index is not scientific,the incentive effect is not obvious,the feedback mechanism is not sound and appraisal cycle not reasonable etc..Analyze the causes of problems including:the leadership is not enough attention,evaluation of performance evaluation method of simple evaluation index is not scientific,the incentive effect is not obvious,the feedback mechanism is not perfect and the appraisal cycle is not reasonable;the third chapter combined with the actual situation of Shenyang FT HVAC manufacturing Co.Ltd.,improvement and Optimization Based on the original performance appraisal system,optimization the program mainly includes:to optimize the performance appraisal purpose,principles,ideas,optimize the evaluation subject,optimization results are applied to optimize the performance appraisal index,appraisal cycle,and the formation of new performance evaluation system.In this paper,based on the original performance appraisal system of the company,after the optimization of the whole system,the fourth chapter of the performance evaluation system for the implementation of control and protection measures.In the implementation of the new performance appraisal program,the establishment of performance objectives,the importance of publicity and performance evaluation,and the establishment of a special performance appraisal team to monitor the performance of the whole process of reasonable control.The paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance evaluation system:organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and cultural security.Finally,according to the Shenyang FT HVAC manufacturing Co.Ltd.,including some suggestions put forward to improve the performance appraisal system:leaders pay enough attention,please expert guidance,regular on the company's performance appraisal system of performance appraisal should be dynamic.This paper takes Shenyang FT HVAC manufacturing Co.Ltd as the research object,the existing performance appraisal system and the reasons for the problems are analyzed,improvement and optimization of the performance appraisal system,the optimized performance appraisal system can improve the working enthusiasm of the staff,improve the overall performance of the enterprise.At the same time,the research results of this paper can provide some reference for other enterprise performance evaluation.
