| In the 21st century,the development of all countries in the world has entered a fast lane.As an enterprise that promotes the progress of social civilization and creates a rich source of material resources,its contribution to society has become more and more important.The development of modern enterprises is inseparable from three elements: capital,technology and talents,and the gradual evolution and development of talents has become the primary factor of these three elements.From the perspective of personnel management accompanying the industrial revolution,it simply regards employees as labor costs,cares about how much economic benefits employees bring to the enterprise,and focuses on short-term labor acquisition.With the development of enterprises,human resource management has received more and more attention from managers,and has been promoted to an equally important position in enterprise management strategies.How to make performance appraisal,an important part of human resources,undertake the implementation of the enterprise’s business strategy,stimulate the vitality of the enterprise,and improve the efficiency of the enterprise organization,has become the goal of every manager and owner of the enterprise.At the current stage in Chinese mainland,the application of performance appraisal as a luxury product in private enterprises is relatively weak,and even fewer in some enterprises that have already been established and play their due role.More often,it is only used as a tool for post-event behavioral evaluation and performance evaluation.,has not reached the height of helping enterprises realize their strategies.Therefore,building a performance appraisal system based on corporate strategy and able to undertake the implementation of corporate strategy has become the top priority of performance management at present.How does an enterprise design a set of performance appraisal system suitable for itself according to its own various conditions,to motivate employees in each position,to better accomplish the company’s goals,and to ensure the realization of the company’s strategy,this is the core of human resource management in the enterprise.This research is divided into seven parts in structure,respectively from the background,purpose and significance of the research,the concept of performance appraisal and related domestic and foreign theories,the current situation of performance appraisal of SC company’s R&D employees,and the main problems faced by SC company’s researchers’ performance appraisal work.And the reason analysis,the working method and optimal design of SC company’s research staff performance evaluation management,the implementation guarantee measures,conclusion and prospect of SC company’s research and development staff performance evaluation system optimization.Guided by the theory of performance appraisal,through the case of SC company,through the understanding of the company’s development history and R&D process,in-depth R&D employees,and through interviews with executives,a questionnaire survey was conducted on middle-level and grassroots R&D employees.Based on the current problems in the performance appraisal of the company’s R&D employees combined with the company’s performance appraisal system,there are three main problems in the current performance appraisal of the company’s R&D employees.One is that the company does not pay enough attention to performance appraisal,and the second It is the unreasonable formulation of goals and indicators,and the third is that the feedback of assessment results is not in place.The reasons for the above three main problems are: first,the performance appraisal system is not perfect;second,the formulation of goals and indicators is not scientific;to make.Therefore,an optimized design is carried out.Finally,four safeguards including organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,cultural guarantee,and digital guarantee are required to ensure the effective implementation of the designed performance appraisal method.SC company effectively implements the optimized performance appraisal plan,which has reference significance for the same type of sweeping robot companies,provides different ideas for the implementation of performance appraisal for R&D employees in the same industry,and implements healthy,coordinated,and Efficient enterprise R&D work has a promoting role,and it has certain guiding and practical significance for enterprises to create high performance of R&D employees. |
