In recent years with domestic of life and consumption level has been improved gradually.The car used to be luxury brought by minority groups and became the household goods by normal consumers.China has a great car consumption market attracts most vehicle manufacturers.They establish joint venture Company in China and start to whole car manufacturing to occupy the whole car consumption market.With the whole car manufacturing and sales are booming in China.It also led to the vigorous development of auto parts market.F Company is a joint venture company owned by FAW group and Adient Auto Parts Company established in 2001.Jilin Branch was set up in 2013 according to the business strategy.The research object of this paper is to improve the inventory management of F Company,and the supply and demand of production material is also shown in the supply chain environment.F is a company engaged in auto parts of Sino foreign joint ventures,including the operation of car seats,dashboard,console,door,roof,and body electronics and accessories product development,design,manufacturing,sales and customer service service.This paper mainly through the existing supply chain management problems of the F company to conduct a comprehensive understanding and in-depth analysis based on enterprise resource and material demand of scientific theory,control key establishment,inventory of F company production plan,to meet the needs of customers and staff functions of distribution and management and other aspects of specific research,combining with the development the current trend of the impact on the company and the company under the influence of the measures for advice and perfect.
