Research On Raw Material Inventory Control Problem Of Shanghai Baoyi Can-making Co.,Ltd.

With the rapid development of global economic,the environment that enterprises face has changed profoundly.It is hard for companies to reduce the cost and to meet multiple requirements quickly and effectively.Nowadays,How the implementation of supply chain management has become a very hot topic in both academia and the business community,that the implementation of supply chain management to help to improve the modern enterprise core competitiveness.Inventory is double-edged sword,the enterprise may be because of the lack of inventory loss of orders;may also be because of too much inventory and use of funds,resulting in cash flow difficulties affect the company's day-to-day operations.Inventory Control is the key to the upstream and downstream enterprises to cooperate with each other and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain,has been plagued by all kinds of enterprises in China.Effectively solve the inventory problem,the company will bring considerable economic and social benefits.This paper first describes the philosophy,theories,theories and methods of inventory control,bases on this,this paper analyzes the status quo of Shanghai Baoyi Can-making Co.,Ltd.and points out their problems:the important problem is that management styles of the stock classification,stock quantity for spare part are not rational and not advanced,So,in order to solve the problem,this paper gives some suggestions.This paper adopts combination the ABC classification management method and Joint Managed Inventory to analyze and solve the problems in Shanghai Baoyi Can-making Co.,Ltd.raw material inventory control problem specific improvement measures and recommendations,inventory control optimization program on different types of raw materials,enhance the enterprise of raw materials inventory management level.At the same time,enterprises and suppliers of supply and demand linkage,reduce inventory funds used to improve the efficiency of logistics to achieve the target of between overall inventory costs lowest.Measures and recommendations proposed in this article is not only the pursuit of a single enterprise inventory control to enhance the level,but from a global perspective of the supply chain to consider to enhance quick and orderly production of corporate procurement,inventory control strategy to strengthen the supply chain environment,flexible.These measures and recommendations with reference to a variety of current academic research,reflecting the supply chain management of new ideas,and having certain promotional value.
