In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization has been accelerated,and each city has put forward higher requirements for infrastructure construction.In the course of implementation,the infrastructure construction is full of change and uncertainty,and the project managers only focus on the three dimensions of project schedule,cost and quality.How to strengthen project management,project cost control,schedule control,quality control,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,improve the comprehensive economic benefits of construction enterprises is worthy of our study.This paper mainly studies the application of earned value method in the cost and schedule control of infrastructure construction project X.Based on sufficient investigation and exploration technology characteristics,characteristics of construction of the project organization,on the application of earned value method based on the objective of the overall planning of the project:first,the project work breakdown structure(WBS),to determine the project management departments,personal responsibility,and the relationship between each has the unit of work;secondly,using expert estimation and analogy method,estimate the various units of work completed,the completion time of the time optimistic pessimistic and normal end time,and then the program evaluation and review technique,calculate the duration for each work in project schedule;finally,based on the work breakdown structure(WBS)and the preparation of the project budget contract the cost of the plan.Finally,this paper selects the "April 15th","June 15th" two interim time node and at the end of August 11 as a check node Earned value method is used to control the cost and schedule,to measure the matching degree between the actual cost of the project and the plan.The results show that the application of earned value method in X project can effectively control the project cost and schedule,and it can be used as reference for other similar construction projects.
