In the year of 2016,the production and sales volume of vehicles reached over 28 million sets and there are about total 194 million sets vehicle in the Chinese market.In the year of 2016 in the world market,the production and sales volume of vehicles reached over 90 million sets and there are about total 1.22 billion sets vehicle in the global market.The economies are increasing fast by the vast automobile consumer market.The automobile industry has been one of the most important mainstay industry of the national economy.The automobile parts industry is enlarged quickly by the fast development of vehicle industry and some substantial automobile parts company play the important role in the automobile parts market.They not only become the supplier for the domestic vehicle manufacturers of self-owned brand vehicle and the joint venture and engine factories by the good opportunity and favorable industry policy,but also export their products to overseas market such as European and America market.More and more Chinese automobile parts are being used in the global automobile market.With the flourish of automobile market,automobile component industry also steps into a period of fast increase.Encountering new development environment,export trade faces a lot of new challenges such as potential rivals,obstruction of new rising market,and increase of trade barrier,which seriously impair the competitive advantage of export.Meanwhile,the energy,transportation and environment also become the factors of restricting automobile industry,which give rise to the increase of export cost.In 2015,the export trade is continuously reducing giving rise to a serious export situation,what's more,this kind of stress and challenge will become more and more serious in 2016.Thus,it has become an urgent issue to speed up the strategy adjustment of industry structure.Being a listed private operated automobile component company,Xibeng Company also face double stress from home and abroad.How to adapt to the new challenge and find an effective way out is the main focus of this thesis.The writer is going to use the SWOT theory to explore and analyze the future direction of Xibeng Company with combination of the real operation and development situation.The WT strategy is suitable for Xibeng Company to develop the export business.The theme of the thesis is meeting the requirements of national industry policy and the development strategy of the Belt and Road.Export business will promote technology progress,drive the development for upstream-downstream industries and the economy increasing and also can directly create many employment opportunitiesWith the talents,the export business can be improved step by step.With the international talents,the international technology,the international management,the international products,the enterprise can become the international enterprise.Then the factory can be transferred from domestic to abroad and realize talent and technology exportation.
