The sealless pump with its zero leakage and high-efficient technology could greatly reduce the pollution to surrounding environment and protect the health of employees. Therefore, the sealless pump has applied in petroleum and chemical industries broadly. Dalian Hermetic Pump Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of sealless canned motor pump and the magnetic driven pump, established with the joint investment of Hermetic Pumpen-GmbH and Danai Pumps Co., Ltd. The products of the company are broadly applied in chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and solar energy industries. In the current company's marketing process, there are below questions:market share grow slowly, brand promotion effect unobvious and sales business process does not systematize.With the help of the marketing related theories such as the SWOT analysis method, market segment analysis, target market determination, and the existing research result, this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by Dalian Hermetic Pump Co., Ltd. and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the company in details, thus defines the marketing strategic target of the company as "focus on middle and high-end market, and differentiate product and service". Based on the analysis of existing condition, Dalian Hermetic Pump Co., Ltd. works out the overall marketing strategy, designs the marketing strategy that matches the main strategic target in four aspects of products, brand, sales process and sales inspiration.
