Research On The Relationship Between Foreign Trade Structure And Industrial Structure Development In Heilongjiang Province

Under the condition of open economy,the economic growth of a country or region depends on the influence of internal and external factors——upgrading of industrial structure and optimization of trade structure.To realize the coordinated development and good interaction of industrial structure and foreign trade structure,conducive to the economic development of a country or region.Heilongjiang is the Northeast old industrial base,is the main force and channel for China and Russia to develop foreign trade.Low level of economic development in Heilongjiang,structural problems highlighted.Under the requirement of Northeastern old industrial base reconstruction,and "China-Russia-Mongolia economic Corridor Cooperation,Heilongjiang Silk Road Economic Zone”strategy,upgrading of industrial structure and optimization of trade structure is the two task fo Heilongjiang.Tudy found that,special industrial structure of Heilongjiang,the slow adjustment of the structure,the market economy concept behind,growingly opened lower,and the low level of processing trade development,makes the industrial structure and trade structure is not coordinated development,the weak correlation between industrial structure and trade structure.Need to set up a new market economic ideas and opening to the outside view,strengthen the government’s guidance and supervision;to realize the coordination of industrial structure policy and trade structure policy;Strengthen the reform of the supply side,improve industrial competitiveness,optimize trade structure,developing service trade.To realize the harmonious development and positive interaction between foreign trade structure and industrial structure.
