Research On The Development Of Corn Industry In Qingzhou Based On Supply Side Structural Reform

Agriculture plays an important role in the national economy,which promotes the development of the national economy and plays a very good role in the national macro-economic structure.At present,there are many unfavorable factors in the development of agriculture in China: the continuous growth of grain production,stock and import,and the excessive production cost of agricultural products have experienced structural surplus.These phenomena are very prominent.In the face of the problems of supply in China's agricultural sector,we must seek solutions.Corn is one of the main industries of the agricultural economy.In all kinds of crops,maize has the advantages of wide adaptability,high photosynthetic efficiency and high yield potential.Therefore,corn production has been widely concerned in the world.Its planting area has been expanding and now accounts for third of cereal crops.Corn plays an important role in ensuring food security in China.In recent years,there has been a profound change in the supply and demand pattern of Maize in China.The structural contradictions have changed greatly.The consumption structure has changed obviously and has been rapidly upgraded.At the same time,the development of corn industry has been restricted by factors such as the decline of cultivated land quality,shortage of water resources,pressure of ecological environment,and lack of effective support for science and technology.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the competitiveness of corn industry in this context,to ensure the basic self-sufficiency of grain,the absolute safety of grain and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.Qingzhou,Shandong is an important corn production base with relatively stable planting area.Taking the corn industry in Qingzhou,Shandong as an example,this paper combines the supply side theory,the industrial organization theory and the industrial structure theory from the angle of supply side,and analyzes the problems existing in the corn industry in Qingzhou.Through analysis,it is found that although maize production in Qingzhou is high,there is a large stock of corn and low income of farmers in maize planting industry.The problems of the corn industry in Qingzhou are analyzed by the supply side related theory,and the problems of high corn storage,low matching degree of corn industrial structure and demand and lagging lag of information acquisition are found in Qingzhou corn industry from the perspective of supply side.Finally,from three aspects of government support,agricultural production and rural industrial structure,this paper provides some suggestions from three aspects of government support,agricultural production and rural industrial structure.It provides some suggestions for the optimization of maize industry and the adjustment of rural industrial structure in Qingzhou.
