The Mechanism And Empirical Study Of The Impact Of Innovation-driven On The Upgrading Of Foreign Trade Structure In Jiangsu Province From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

China is in the process of the innovation-driven development stage,which is the need for upgrading China's industrial structure and the direction of China's future policy adjustment.As a pioneer in economic development in the country,Jiangsu's foreign trade has always played an important role in the economy of the province.After the high-speed development stage after entering WTO in 2001,affected by the global financial and economic crisis in 2008,Jiangsu's foreign trade was greatly affected,and the growth rate slowed down.From 2012 to 2014,Jiangsu's foreign trade maintained a low growth rate.From 2015 to 2016,it appeared continuously.Negative growth.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the mechanism by which innovation drives the upgrading of the structure of foreign trade in Jiangsu,and to find a way out for the upgrading of Jiangsu's foreign trade structure.The paper reviewed the theoretical basis of supply-side reform,discussed the connection between supply-side reform and innovation-driven,and the upgrading of industrial structure,analyzed the connotation of innovation-driven and foreign trade structure in Jiangsu,studied the causes of the upgrading of foreign trade structure in Jiangsu,and studied innovation-driven foreign trade.The mechanism of action of the structure.Afterwards,This paper analyzes the present situation of the foreign trade structure of Jiangsu province from four aspects: commodity structure,trade mode,regional structure,and main structure,and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of Jiangsu's foreign trade structure;it analyzes Jiangsu's economy from the perspective of R&D expenditures,personnel,and output.Provincial innovation activity status.The empirical analysis of the dissertation consists of two parts.First of all,the Bootstrap test method was used to test the mediation effect of the innovation activity and the import and export value of high-tech products.It was found that the patent application amount was the only mediator variable in the model.Secondly,based onthe relationship between innovation activities,high-tech products,and patent applications,start with the causality diagram and draw system flow diagrams,including the upgrade of foreign trade structure subsystems,R&D subsystems,population subsystems,and government policy subsystems.System simulations were conducted,and government policy parameters were adjusted to compare and predict the plans.It was found that the innovation drive has a positive impact on the import and export of high-tech products in Jiangsu,and government policies have a very positive effect.Finally,from the perspective of supply-side reform,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for innovation to promote the upgrading of Jiangsu's foreign trade structure.This is to provide all kinds of institutional supply and institutional innovation with the government as the core,increase investment in government policies,focus on university's basic research functions and status,invest in universities,and promote the coordinated development of high-tech industries and traditional industries.
