Based On TOC Theory Of Continuous Improvement Research On The Dual-fuel-chemical Tanker Project In DH Shipyard

China is the world's first shipbuilding power,but the waste is very serious due to the poormanagement in the process of designing and building.As the shipbuilding industry in theincreasingly fierce competition,shipbuilding enterprises need to strengthen the projectmanagement as soon as possible for reducing unnecessary waste.Based on DH shipyard dualfuel tanker project as the research object,the paper uses the analysis tools in the TOC theory,do the continuous improvement in the process of designing and building.The paper firstly introduces the TOC theory,then respectively applies the method tool ofTOC theory to the major phases and important processes of DH shipyard dual fuel chemicaltanker project for continuous improvement research.In the paper,apply the TOC five basicsteps to the design phase,apply the CCPM to the block phase,apply the DBR system to dockphase,apply he TOC theory of production scheduling to the cargo coating process,apply theTOC analysis problem solving method to duel fuel system installation.The main innovation points of this paper is that the paper puts forward the TOC duct model,according to the characteristics of the TOC theory,compares the ventilation system on theengineering with the project management in the production process,using the principle of ventilation system to explain the phenomena that exist in the project management.The research of the paper is based entirely on sitting practice of ship designing and building,the paper contains the introduction of all important process in shipbuilding and the analysishow to continue the improvement.Not only the DH shipyard,but also the other shipyardengaging in the construction of chemical tanker or dual fuel vessel has great guidingsignificance.And all the companies within the industry,particularly the small andmedium-sized shipbuilding enterprises similar with DH shipyard have certain help.
