| In the modern enterprise project management links between departments and among team members tend to close communication throughout the entire life of the project,communication project management has become increasingly prominent problem of how to solve these optimization problems,enterprise project management is extremely important.In the new era of information economy,communication management is enterprise decision-making more and more attention,the ability to communicate is the ability of management,communication management results.Communication management is one of the nine project management knowledge areas,plays an extremely important role in project management.Communication Management Issues This study focuses on YH company high temperature gas cooled reactor project analysis YH company’s organizational structure and production processes,application of questionnaires to identify the main problems HTR project management team communication that exist.Through an analysis of the problems,we come to influence constraints HTR project team communication management:organizational structure,communication.The study found that,due to the level of knowledge high temperature gas cooled reactor project team members,so that the project team to develop communication appears imperfect communication channels not smooth,and other issues.In this paper,the theory of project management,communication and team management and project management theory,for the HTR project team communication management issues,improve communication manager concept and other solutions and measures;and the establishment of project information exchange platform and project information databases,to enhance effective communication operability.The study expects to corporate communication management project team has a certain significance for enterprises to create a harmonious and efficient team,play a catalytic role to promote the efficient development of enterprises. |
