The cold-chain management of refrigerated drugs refers to the management process of the temperature and humidity of refrigerated drugs in the circulation process from production to the use of patients.The supply chain management of refrigerated medicine in our country is still in the primary development stage,the developed countries have formed a comparatively perfect supply chain management system of refrigerated medicine.With the deepening of the reform process of medical system in China,the hot issues in the field of medicine and health,such as improving the efficacy of drug quality,standardizing the drug circulation behavior and reducing the price of drugs,have also been widely concerned." deepening health reform planning in the 12 th five-year plan" proposes to establish drug guarantee system,the general office of the state Council,the national family planning Commission,the state general administration of shiyaojian,and other competent departments,also successively introduced and revised the relevant regulatory documents in the pharmaceutical industry.In this paper,since 2016,the general office of the state Council,the national family planning Commission,the state general administration of general administration and other departments issued a series of medical laws and regulations documents,combined with the Jiangsu IWC pharmaceutical marketing co.,ltd.(referred to as " IWC medicine")supply chain management improvement project operation practice,the project quality management research.This project is referred to as the " IWC medical improvement project ".First,based on the principles and methods of project quality management,the whole process of the quality management of the IWC medical refrigeration drug supply chain management is studied,the problems,the analysis causes,the formulation of programs and the guarantee of implementation are studied.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the management improvement project of the IWC medicine cold-chain medicine supply chain,and finds out the quality management problems existing in the process of project operation,and analyzes the reasons.Thirdly,aiming at the quality management goal of the IWC medical refrigeration medicine supply chain improvement project,combined with the corresponding quality management problems,the concrete improvement scheme is proposed,namely the project team collaboration improvement scheme,the quality management system revision scheme,the warehousing and transportation equipment improvement scheme and the cold storage medicine distribution network optimization scheme.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to improve the quality management scheme of the IWC medical refrigeration drug supply chain,such as personnel organization,organizational function and data statistical analysis,etc.The supply chain management of refrigerated drugs is a special field in drug circulation system.By analyzing the policy requirements of " the twelfth five-year plan ",the new version of gsp and the reform of pharmaceutical distribution system,this paper provides reference for the quality management of refrigerated drug supply chain by combining with the implementation of the project in quality management.
